Case Study
Crude Craft Coffee Bar
Logo design
project overview
Crude Craft Coffee Bar is a new coffee shop located in the revitalized South Main District of Fort Worth, Texas. With the oil boom of the 1920’s and coffee-as-fuel serving as the overall inspiration for the shop, Art Deco played a large role in the creative development of the shop’s atmosphere and logo design.
the design
Crude Craft Coffee Bar needed a brand that would differentiate itself from other coffee shops in South Main Village of the Near Southside. The logo utilizes typography reminiscent of the Art Deco Era as well as a distinct diamond shaped drop over the “U” to give subtle reference to a coffee cup. This logo was designed with a variety of formats in mind, including signage, merchandise, takeaways, and small format printed collateral. This project was developed in conjunction with Kōr Media.
